they also believed emmanuel see in this surveillance video ditched the phone case. they think this person of interest abandoned her car and walked away headed toward antioch. this comes after investigators searched and antioch home where they believe gabe was last seen . family members say her ex- boyfriend live there. they believe her disappearance was not by accident or by choice . they suspect foul play. gabe was last seen january 26. at $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to her whereabouts. two more people are behind bars for their part in the death of a three-year-old girl in an exorcism like richoux will. we have revealed some of the

details in this bizarre case. >> these three are behind bars tried for the role in the death of a three-year-old and an exorcism like setting. police are only identifying the girl as around yet though. the girls uncle and pastor were arrested this week making their first court appearing. >> this case is heartbreaking. >> reporter: the family belongs to a makeshift church that rented a room in this home. this is youtube video of the grandfather inside. prosecute readers saying claudia brought her little girl to the church. the three plate and then physically abused the girl over a 12 hour period claiming they were trying to rid her of evil spirits because she would like, wake up at night crying.

three members of the hernandez family are being held without bail. a woman is recovering this morning and police are looking for a man who attacked and robbed her. the images you are about to see a graphic. she got in her car in front of the safeway on washington avenue and a man came up from behind, punched her in the face, and he also hit her in the face with his gun and broke her nose. she did not want to be interviewed on camera but she did speak with us on the phone. >> i am still in shock. i am really scared of people right now. be careful when you are in the car. you never know who is behind you.

>> reporter: she says the safeway employee ran out to help her and called 911. a number of rallies for reproductive rights in sonoma, san francisco, san jose and palo alto. you can see the details on your screen. john roberts confirmed the authenticity of a draft opinion that would overturn roe v. wade. he suggested the draft might not be the court's final word. if the supreme court does reversed roe v. wade, some wonder if it will lead to restrictions on birth control. a law professor explains what could come next. >> we found when the affordable care act came into play there was a litigation called hobby lobby where there were employers that did not want to cover birth control because they define certain types of birth control as abortion like

governor newsom has unveiled how he would like to spend it. the governor wants to spent $18 billion to relieve some of the pain of inflation. he is proposing $400 to vehicle owners. and money to help people pay the utility bills and reduce the cost of healthcare. more than one third of the budget would go to schools to fight climate change, $47 billion and $125 million to invest in reproductive healthcare. >> it was without president for a surplus as large as this. it is significantly larger than last year's operating surplus. >> the governor announced a new program that would put hundred six cameras along california freeways. and a pilot program that would

replace 200 cameras in alameda, contra costa, los angeles, and orange county. several shooting deaths have prompted a push for cameras. the sheriff says they will help investigators solve future freeway crime. two elementary teachers helped rescue several people from a burning building yesterday. it was coming from a senior living facility. five people were rescued and taken to the hospital. one of them is in critical condition. the teachers were next-door and among the first to spot the smoke. >> he ran into the building and into the apartment that had initially caught fire. i was outside trying to get 911

. >> the teachers knocked on the windows to warn the senior complex residents about the fire . they pull down the fire escapes to help people escape. ukraine will receive support from the east bay. they recently donated helmets and body armor to the people of ukraine. the sheriff says the equipment is expired but can offer protection. the office of emergency services says the ukrainian government wants to give the supplies to civilians. two firefighters just returned from a humanitarian mission in ukraine. they provided eight in poland and ukraine and supported ukrainian firefighters to help with search and rescue, we built a fire station, and constructed a playground for refugees. >> i came back grateful for

i wanted to show you this great shot of lake tahoe. there is not a lot of snow, and it is about 33 degrees. we are expecting a fantastic weekend. meanwhile, san francisco with the top of the golden gate bridge. we've got lots of fog and an onshore flow. temperatures will be cooler around the coastline.

as you step out the door this morning, we will be in the 50s. you will not need a heavy coat today. a nice light sweater around the coastline because it will be breezy. and the interior valleys, 5 degrees warmer compared to the last 24 hours. that is thanks to a ridge of high pressure. that will help warm us up. we have a system to the north that will keep high temperatures at the. and i, we are expecting some winds to kick up. san francisco, 22 mile-per-hour winds . into the evening it will get breezy at times. today's daytime highs will be warmer but the winds from the west . conquer, 89. i will not rule out 90s. now to get some low 90s. enjoyed these warmer temperatures.
